• Ensuring that they have legal authority for the property or project in question

• Responding promptly to requests for clarification or approval

4. Payment and Fees

• All fees for services will be agreed in writing prior to commencement

• Payments must be made according to the agreed terms

• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services

5. Intellectual Property

All plans, drawings, and documents produced by A1 House Plans remain the intellectual property of the company until full payment is received. Clients may use approved documents for the intended project only.

6. Limitation of Liability

A1 House Plans is not liable for:

• Delays in project approvals caused by local authorities

• Loss or damage arising from incorrect information provided by clients

• Any indirect or consequential losses related to services

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
